I like to make lists of things I want to do during each season (especially since I live in New England and there are seasons!).  My summer bucket list this year has some things that I’ve still never done after living in Boston for years.  A few items on my list are: taking the Cannon Mountain tram (in New Hampshire), visiting the John Adams House, making a lemon meringue pie, learning to make lobster rolls, and going blueberry picking.  I went blueberry picking on Friday and I loved it.  I invited some new friends to go with me and went to a farm in the town of Harvard that I’d never been to.  I’ve made blueberry muffins, blueberry scones, blueberry ice cream and blueberry jam with the 6 pounds of blueberries that I picked and I have about 4 cups frozen for future blueberryness.

What’s on your summer bucket list?

I grew up in the LA area and moved to Boston sight unseen and am never leaving New England. I work as an assistant in the president's office at MIT and do photography on the side. I am in YW for the third time (I am the Beehive counselor) and I love it. My hobbies are photography, antiquing, baking, sewing, quilting, blogging (and reading lots of blogs), writing letters, reading on the subway and exploring around New England (there is lots to see!).
